It is the contrasts, that fascinates me about stair-running : the silence while I fight against my myself in mostly dark and sticky staircases. Also the gigantic view, the fresh air, the excitement at the finish line and the perfect happiness at the end.

Win at the Stairrun in Singapore

Today I won the Swissôtel Vertical Marathon in Singapore. It took me 7:16 minutes to run up the 73 stories.

Win at the Olympic-Tower-stairrun in Munich.

It took me 5:18 minutes until I reached the 189m high visitor's platform. Exhausted but very satisfied about the time I finally enjoyed the gigantic view from the top of the tower.
